COURSE OBJECTIVES
This course is curated to provide an overview of the air cargo industry through coverage on industry stakeholders along the supply chain. It examines the relationship among the stakeholders, such as airlines, cargo handling agents and freight forwarders. In addition, it also provides insights in freight forwarder operations, with knowledge in import/export procedures and e-freight operations.
Upon completion of this 3 days course, you will be able to acquire helicopter view on the essentials of typical activities of a freight forwarder, setting your journey towards a fulfilling career.

On withdrawal of course upon acceptance, participant is required to write to SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd through their respective companies.
Refund is only applicable based on the notification period. Else, below penalty applies.
